Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using uptm.io you agree to these terms. If you use uptm on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you can bind it.

2. The service

uptm provides uptime monitoring, alerting and status pages. Plan limits and prices are shown in the pricing section and may change with notice.

3. Your account

Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

• Only monitor systems you own or are authorised to monitor.
• Do not use the service to attack, overload or probe third-party systems.
• Do not use the service for unlawful content or to disrupt the service.

5. Fees

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis through our payment provider. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Availability

We work to keep uptm available, but alerts and checks can be delayed or missed. Do not rely on uptm as your only means of detecting critical failures.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using uptm at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
